What will be the Indian standard time for the renewal of Account?

This is to inform you that our Project "Welcome to Lego Christmas Carnival" lasts till 8th Jan 2019 1AM.

Our Next Billing Date is January 6th, 2019.

* We need to know What will be the Indian standard time for the renewal of Account?

* From 1st Jan 2019, our submission counter has been reset to 0, so in the Current month total number of submissions are 468 till now.

* We are expecting another approx 800 entries till 5th jan 2019.

* If we downgrade the current account to Bronze Plan on 5th Jan 2019 evening, will it be suffices? (deleting submissions will not reset or reduce the counter. The reset happens every first day of the month).

* Can we buy additonal 2000 entries for 2 days, and what will be the cost for the same?

* Or Else kindly suggest any suitable solution in this condition.

Renewal of your subscription will be on the 20th of the month (January in this case). And monthly limits reset each first of the month.

In your case, you can downgrade to Bronze since your usage is under the limit for that plan. Just be mindful that you can receive up to 1000 submissions per month, so if you're exceeding, then I'm afraid that you will have to keep the silver plan.

Also, we don't have a way for you to purchase submissions only, only the plans available.
