Hi Team, I used one of the templates (coaching) to create my own form . Since yesterday I have been struggling to make some changes to the form.

First, when you go through the form there is no place to add Submit at the end of the page of the form so that the respondent can complete the process.

    See screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/KOu19fu1

There is a condition logic that says once the respondent FILLS the last question (Field 32) the page should submit and or go the THANK YOU page it does not it goes automatically to the next page - which is not what is desired.

See screenshot of the Condition logic : http://www.screencast.com/t/XJ2vK9KUU

According to this form, this questionnaire has 3 pages (2 for the form and third page is the THANK YOU page http://www.screencast.com/t/SEh7Zikyn

You cannot get to the THANK YOU page because there is no submit button in any of the two pages and you can not skip

The condition logic does not allow any of the situations happen either: http://www.screencast.com/t/sWEqncJqS1he

Please can you help me investigate what is wrong:

You can add the submit button form the fields panel:

Just drag and drop it to the form.

That should resolve the condition issue you have.

Let us know if you're still experiencing this problem.

    Thank you!
