Downloaded excel file does not contain all submissions for specific form

Hello!

I am trying to submit this response (https://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/73475253505356/), thank you message appears but when I export the submissions it is not listed. 

The same happens with other answers!

I can replicate the issue on your form when downloading submissions as excel file and will report it to our developers for closer checking. We will keep you informed with progress on this matter. 

In the meantime, I can suggest to try integrating the form with Google Sheets and to download submissions from created sheet: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

We will then wait for the response of your developers. But we need to download the answers today!

If you need to download answers today, please try to integrate the form with Google Sheets and download submissions from integrated sheet. Unfortunately, we have not received an update yet. As soon as we receive news, we will inform you right away, but it is not likely that the issue will be solved today. 

We don´t want to do the integration you suggested before because doing it requires resubmitting all questionnaires and the response information is there, but is not available for export.

I am sorry, but I am not sure if I understand your latest concern correctly. 

If you integrate the form to google sheets, all existing submissions will appear on integrated sheet automatically, there's no need to resubmit existing responses. 

I'm sorry, I may not have explained it well. We just need to download the submissions from your platform, but they're not there!

I get the thank you message when I submit the questionnaire and the answers are filled / saved. But when I download the excel file of submissions made, the answers to the questionnaire are not available.

Are you using our https://eu.jotform.com domain to view and download your form submissions? If not, please try it.
