Hi there,
One of my clients filled in the form, confirmed sending.. However we did not recieve it?Any idea? Her name is Nel Tien from Jumbo

Do you mean to say that you did not get an email for her submission? Do you see her submission in the form?

Do you know the email address they use to submit the form? We can search our logs for the email address, and we should be able to tell if the email is sent out.
