Is there a way to recover the form and data of the deleted form?

    Hi - A form was inadvertently deleted on December 27th.  Is there a way to recover the form and data?

    You can recover the form if it is in your Archive folder. However, if you purge it from the archive folder then there is no other way to retrieve/restore the form and its data.
