I created a Jotform for my website and it was working fine. A comment from another forum prompted me to send myself a test contact message using this form. An alert never arrived in my email. I went into My Forms and I can see the form. I can see the few contacts - including the two test messages that I sent to myself. If I go to Edit Form then I do not see my form...just an empty pane in the Form Builder.

Apologize for the trouble. I am sure that you have been redirected to another Jotform domain, please consider checking if you have been properly connected to our websites.
You are accessing your My Forms page to www.jotform.com domain, then after you hit edit button on your form, it redirects you to www.jotform.me so make sure that you have been login to www.jotform.me and go again to your My Forms page and click back the edit button.
