Cloned form -- editing title doesn't edit "Page Title"

    Just a quick note when I clone a form and then edit the page title all is well except that the following field does not get changed:
     
    Page Title

    Used in the HTML <title> when shared as a standalone page.


    In the past this has always changed along with the main form title.  Is it possible this is a bug?

    There 2 places you need to change the form Title tab. 

    Try checking on the Page Title option also

    Ok, thanks.  Previously there was only one place to make the change.  Seems like it made sense to have them linked but we can just remember to make both edits if that's an intended change.  Thank-you.
