We want to change the username and password for our account

The employee that set this up is no longer with the company and we want to change the login information.

We can change the username, but you need to do the password to your end. To change the username, you only need to give us the new username that you would like to use. Give us two more usernames as a backup just in case the first one is no longer available. 

Also, letting you know in advance that changing your username will affect your current Custom Form URLs with the old username on them. They will not work after the new username is used. You will have to re-publish the custom form URL with the new username in it.
