Differences In Packages Offered By JotForm

What is the difference between the Gold, Silver, and Bronze packages that JotForm offers?

At the top of my form, I have added a text box that has some information related to the form. I would like to place my signature below the text box. Is there a way for me to put a signature on this form. I have a computer with a touch screen and stylist, and I have already created the signature on WordPad. 

By signature do you mean an image or your signature or allow for users to sign in the form?  If you would like to allow users to sign directly in the form, one of our signature widgets would be the way to go:
