    Form Error in Internet Explorer

Asked by northeaster on March 10, 2011 at 11:09 AM

Whenever you access the home page, where the form is, and then click to go to any other page, without even opening the form, you get an error 'Out of memory at line 315.' This only happens sometimes, but it's often enough to pose a problem.

The only problem is, there is no line 315. I don't know what the error is. Can you help me?

You have a few java errors by just going to the page itself.  I don't believe that JotForm has created these error but I am working on it for you.

    Thank You,

Ok let me correct myself after copying your source code and removing JotForm you have no Javascript errors, so it does appear to be a JotForm issue.

I am still working on it and I will update you ASAP.

After reviewing your code it appears that the 'easyslider' java is conflicting with the JotForm java.

Hi again, I removed all of the coding for the slider, and I'm still getting errors, now at line '562'.

    Please try the iframe code.

Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Embed Form"
    3. Click on "iFrame".

We are experiencing the same JotForm js "Out of memory" bug on IE only.

@aytekin are you saying you will not look any further into this or provide a solution for your paying customers?

iFrame integration is not an option for several of my customers who are using JotForm and are now experiencing the JotForm js "Out of memory" bug on IE.

Look forward to a quick response and resolution.

    Hi Cesar,

The issue has been taken care of and the form on northeaster's website is now working smoothly on IE. Do you mind sharing us the URL of your site that is having the same problem so we can look into it?

    Hello wsi661,

I tried opening the URL on my IE8 browser and it's working alright without any errors.  Are you still experiencing any errors in it? If so, can you give us a brief information about your browser?
