How can i fix this?

    im using Jotform for our comapny website. when customers fill out the registery and put in the serial number for the slabs of material it does not show on the kick back email they recieve. however when they put in the shade number it shows up in the kick back email and the same number they applied in the shade section also shows in the serial number section which is not correct.

    Hi there, 

    My suggestion would be to delete the current notification and create a new one.

    This way, all fields will be included.
