Why was my account upgraded?

    Hi JotForm,

     
    I would like to ask why our account was upgraded to Gold on 24th December? This was not actioned by us. I have now downgraded back to Silver and would like to make sure the account will not automatically change again. Cold you please let me know why this happened and if there are any settings in the account I need to change to make sure it wont happen again.

    I see that you were holding Gold monthly subscription since 2018-09-24, so on 24th of December, the subscription was renewed. Please review invoices for your account following instructions below: 

    How-to-Check-Invoices

    Please note that your Silver subscription will renew automatically until you cancel.
