Cannot receive email submissions

    I am having trouble receiving emails. I have been working with our IT department and they can't seem to identify the IP or email address that the notifications are coming from. Any help you could provide would be appreciated!

    Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

    Have you tried using a different email address as the recipient?

    If not, please do the steps I mentioned above so we can isolate the problem.

    As mentioned above, another possible reason for not receiving emails might be your spam filter or junk folder. Please check your spam/junk folder for the submission email. If it is there, make sure to set it as "No Spam" so that this would not be flagged as spam in the future. 

    If the issue still persists, please let us know so that we can investigate further. If possible, please send us the email server logs to aid in our investigation.
