    how can I add a "country code" field to the phone number label on my form? Thank you.

    Hi there, 

    You are able to create your own custom fields if you wish.

    Here is a sample of this:


    Feel free to clone the form to see how it is made.

    the Custom phone number field with the country code is made of:

    Three "Free Text HTML" fields (label and the two dashes), and three "Text Box" fields (Country Code, Area Code and Phone Number).

    I have used CSS for the positioning of the fields and also to hide the labels on the Text Box fields.

    I then used the validation tools on top of the page to make sure that the user enters numbers and that the area code is 3 digits and phone number is 7 digits.
