I am unable to get this screen after saying yes to encrypt my document in settings?

If I decrypt or say no to encrypting a document can I start again by selecting yes to encrypt documents afterward?

Should I have an answer key for each document I encrypt?

How does submission work when I encrypt my document?

Could you please try after reloading the page? If the issue will persist, I can suggest to clear browser cache and cookies.

Yes, you can enable encryption on a form after it was disabled. Please note that if you disable encryption on a form, submissions that were received as encrypted will stay encrypted, so I can suggest to print them out before disabling encryption.

Should I have an answer key for each document I encrypt?

The key is created for a form and it is used for all submissions, which are received for this specific form.

How does submission work when I encrypt my document?

If encryption is enabled for a form, responses will be encrypted right on the form before it is submitted and transferred to our servers. Some form features are not available for encrypted forms:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).
