The form texts or fields does not appear in my form's PDF report.

    Hi there,

    I have been testing my 'Copyright Licensing Agreement' for a few times. As a result I couldn't get the the result as the same information that I have. Not too sure where I went wrong please advice.

    You can delete your current PDF layout and create a new one. It will fix the issue and it will show missing texts or fields in your PDF.

    Here's a guide for that:
    1.) Go to your PDF Editor: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/83638091577872.
    2.) Click the 3 dots on your current PDF Layout and then delete.
    3.) Pop-up will show and will ask you to create a new one with a new layout.
    4.) Choose Side-by-Side layout (choose your preference layout).
