How do I read the exported data of encrypted forms?

How do I read the data? I downloaded the form data, but they are encrypted forms and the data is showing up as random letters.

Please note that the encrypted submissions can only be decrypted from the submissions view by uploading the private key for the form. The export data shall work only with the normal forms. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on encrypted forms.
