How to fix Form Over Quota error

    Hello,

    I have my jotform embedded on my website page, and it still showing an Error (last month, we exceeded the allocated quota). But, it is a new month now and we should be fine now.

    Can you please let me know why there is still an error and my customers cannot complete the form?
