How to use infusionsoft tags within the form?

    Hi, I had a contractor set up a form for me and it should create a 'tag' in Infusionsoft once it's been submitted.  It seems to be broken and I need to know how to fix it.  Is this something you can help me with?  It's my only form in my account.

    A great way of adding InfusionSoft tag is by adding it within a sequence. Please have a look at the image below:

    So, first you need to create a sequence. Next, you need to mention this form as well as the tag that you wish to apply.
