Various documents to sign for tenant sign up

Hi, i'm an owner of a real estate business based in Australia and tenancy signups involves hell a lot of forms to create and sign. Currently i'm doing them up manually an uploading them to DocuSign to  get digital signatures

Is it possible

 

* To capture required data (like name, phone number, email address ,lese start date, rent, lease terms, etc) through a jot form hosted on your site or my site (internal use only) and have all data pre-filled to various PDFs? 

Various PDFs include

1. Lease Agreement template with some standard fields already populated like agency details, phone etc, license details etc.

2. Rental Bond Lodgement form

3. Policies

4. Special Conditions

5. Bank transfer instructions

6. others

You can capture such data using our forms, to create a form please follow the guide below.
Guide: How to Create Your First Web Form. (It is hosted on our site) 

However, prepopulating fillable pdf is not possible. You can only prepopulate your form via URL parameters using the direct link of your form.

You can generate submission as PDF, this will include all fields on your form with the data inputted by the user.

You can find this to your notification and autoresponder.

Unfortunately, as I said in my first reply, prepopulating fillable pdf is not possible. You need to create an online form to make users fill out that form then you can generate a PDF report with data on it.

Threads are not set as private so you should be able to open them. Try copying the URL and pasting it into another browser.

Hi, Is it possible for you to create a template of the pdf’s I need and
obviously at a cost? These are legal documents don’t think you will have
the templates for them.

You can create them manually using our New PDF Editor.

You can also upload your PDF forms to Jotform. This option is now enabled on the following page. Click this URL https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/, and then choose import PDF.

Various pdf's which needs information prefilled from the form:

Currently, we don't have the option to prefill data in fillable PDF, it works only on online form.

I suggest creating an online form with the same fields in your PDF template, we can use custom CSS code to replicate the design, fields. Once your users submit the form, you can generate a PDF report. However, the PDF report is not editable.
