Still having charges on my account even though I paid for yearly plan.

    I have a $114 charge on my account from 12/28 even though I paid for annual unlimited plan. Please advise.

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you have two subscription for your account one for Bronze Yearly and the other for Gold Yearly plan.

    May we know what subscription would you like to cancel and refund?

    I want unlimited gold plan.

    I cancelled the bronze yearly plan and issued a refund for it, it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
