I have lost access to the folder with forms even though i have access to them

On the left hand side on the main page above favorites there was a folder that I clicked on that brought me to the forms my boss had created.  That folder has disappeared so I cannot access any submissions.  All permissions from the administrator has me set up to access it.

It seems like the owner of the forms stopped sharing access to them with you. You can ask the owner to share access with you, all the owner needs to do is to follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User 

The owner has not stopped sharing access. We really need this fixed

Ask the owner to remove you, and then add you back. That should display the shared folder in your account.

We tried that it is a really frustrating service that we are paying for that we cannot talk to a human your support is not helpful at all through email.

Unfortunately, we do not have support over the phone. Please ask the owner of the forms to contact us, so we can check his account status.
