my users cannot see the forms i have shared with them.
they could before the new year.
now in 2019 they can not see the forms.
Yet the jot form program shows i have shared them.
We just deleted her user profile payroll at 090 builders group and re added her but the forms are not their she can only see the cloned forms she created.
therefore Paula is not getting the submissions to the jot forms

I have checked the user related to that email address and I can see the shared folder:
The sub-user may clear the browsers cache and see if that helps. You may also try different browsers or networks.
