How to display the products details in a separate column?

I do have another question and trying to figure out how to get this to
work. I am using JotForm to collect BBQ sales for our annual fundraiser.
In order for the exported reports to work properly for us, each product
needs to be exported as a separate column. Right now, "My Products" that
were set up using WePay as the payment gateway show all items that are
selected in 1 column.... I personally completed a form yesterday to order
and pay, so I have exported a file and all my items selected are in 1
column... which means in order to have a running total of all items
purchased or ordered, I have to continue to manipulate the report in
Excel. Am I missing something in how to set up the Products that customers
    can order / purchase?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to separate the products in a different row. However, you may create the products with the traditional dropdown and checkboxes then do the calculation in a Form Calculation widget. As soon as the value is calculated, you may pass the value to the user defined amount in the Payment widget.

What I would suggest you check the reports in a Grid view.

Please let us know if you have other questions.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the information.  I did set up separate products now using the "pass the calculation to a payment".  I am able to get the Form Calculation Widget to work just fine.  However, when I then added in Chase WePay as our Payment Gateway and went through the set up to transfer the Form Calculation total as shown [User-defined / Selected the Form Calculation as the Amount, etc] -- No amount shows up in the Total for Payment.  I have saved a few times, gone out of the form and come back to it, etc.  But, when I test the Form via the Preview Mode, no amount appears.

What am I missing for this setup?  We are trying to get the form live today at the latest and I want to ensure it is working properly without me having to do another personal payment test run like I did 2 days with a form set up.

FYI -- I have authenticated WePay with this form.  It does have something called Live Environment and I am not sure if there is anything there posing a problem.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have checked the form in your account which I supposed the form you are working on and it appears to be working as expected on my end.

Perhaps you were able to fix the issue? Otherwise, please let us know.

You can also group each product and its quantity using parenthesis in the Form Calculation widget.

On another note, for separating each product into columns in an Excel Report, please check the workaround I have provided in this thread for another user — How-can-I-integrate-the-products-page-into-individual-cells-in-my-excel-report/

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
