    Hello,

I'm sorry to be a bother, but I noticed that the form submission was only 100 forms a month. I was looking at upgrading, but I don't need anywhere near 1000 forms a month.

I currently work at a growing company, and am in the process of re-vamping the website. Having forms allows our customers to give us the details that we need. Some months we rarely get 50 form submissions, and other months we are very busy and I'm worried that if the 100 submission limit is reached, we will no longer be able to continue with providing out customers with the services that the company provides.

Is there any way at all to be able to upgrade to 200 form submissions a month?

    Thank you for your time,

    -Alanna Isabel

    Hi,

Currently we do not have a subscription that gives 200-form monthly submissions. In my opinion, it would be best to get the 1000-form subscription to allow room for growth for your company. :)

    Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, we do not have an account type which provides 200 monthly submissions. As mentioned, our Premium account is affordable $9.95 per month. As a remind, when your account have 101th sumission in a month you will get an auto-mail which states that your account will be suspended at next working day's noon unless you upgrade your account. My suggestion is you can upgrade your account in case your montly submissions are more than your qouta and use Jotform premium as long as you pay and then downgrage to free back. Up/Downgrading does not cause your forms or submissions to be deleted. Second option is you can manually disable your forms when it gets close to your submission qouta. To disable a form, log into your account, open the forms on the form builder and set "Status: Disabled" from the Preferences button on the toolbar.

In case of further assistance is required please let me know. Thanks for considering Jotform.
