Have project that requires solutioning around what is available out of the box in JotForm and don't have internal resources to devote to it.

Unfortunately, we don't. You can try to do it in your free time, and if you have doubts about something, we can guide you, and let you know if it is possible to be accomplished.
You may also find and hire someone at upwork.com, who is experienced in the use of JotForm tool. Let us know if you have more questions.
