Imade a form with file upload,for example flash.I can see the flash file (.swf) through an url of Jotform but I need the option to download that file for my own use.How do you do that.

You can download the file from the submissions page, but are you trying to download the file without being logged into JotForm? If you want to do that then the best way is to set up Dropbox integration.
1. Create a www.DropBox.com account.
2. Modify your form to send uploads directly to DropBox. This can be done by changing the settings on the Submissions page. (click the gear icon, under the Delete icon)
3. In your DropBox account, set up publishing. This link will show youhow to achieve that:
