Hi there,
We keep getting this error once someone completes and tries to submit a form. It had been working fine until recently:
The form displays correctly, and can be completed, but when you hit submit this message appears:
Oops!
Trello Integration Error when getting labels!
unauthorized permission requested
Is there a way to fix it without having to create a new form as shown in the instructions sent to us previously? - https://www.jotform.com/help/454-Using-the-JotForm-Power-Up-in-Trello
Many thanks
Rebecca

Please try using this solution presented by my colleague here.
Let us know if that worked for you.
Thank you!

Hi, Thanks for your response.
I've had a look at the labels and there weren't any on the Trello Card. I added a "template" label to the card but it is not appearing on the drop down menu on the integration page. Please see screen shots below.
I didn't create the cards or the from so I may be missing a step completely?
I notice I don't have the JotForms power up feature on my Trello Card. Could this be an issue as well?
Many thanks
Rebecca

If you're looking for labels in the form (the right side of the Trello integration):
That is something you have to have in your form, like in the test form from the thread I provided:
https://form.jotform.com/80133100397951
Fields from the Trello are on the left side of the integration.
Please try and let us know if that worked.
Thank you!
