Is there any way that we are able to collect credit card information from patients on our jot form?

    Hello 

    Is there any way that we are able to collect credit card information from patients on our jot form? Maybe if we pay for the HIPPA form can we do that? It is the last piece of the puzzle that we are missing with our online program.

    We don't allow collecting of credit card information using JotForm Forms under our terms of use.
