Having trouble with jotforms reaching all recipients (already tried to troubleshoot)

    Hi there,

    We've tried troubleshooting this, but haven't found the resolution just yet. Our jotforms are not reaching all of our recipients. It isn't an issue with the email addresses not being correct, and the emails aren't being directed into anyone's spam folder -- they're simply just not being sent. (5 people are supposed to receive the emails -- 3 are, 2 are not, and their email addresses are correct.)

    I see that notification email is controlled by 2 conditional statements on your form. Please note that in this case, only recipients specified with a condition will receive emails. On your form, conditions have different list of addresses.

    Please also note that email will be only sent if the condition is met.
