Why the field name never change?

I wonder how come the fields name didn't change when i received the notification email?

I just checked your form and could see that the email notifications work fine and I am receiving the emails with the correct questions:

The email notification section can be edited to show the question headings. Currently, it just shows "Type a question". You will need to change this to the questions and then it will get reflected in your email.
