our plan does not renew until june, can i take advantage of the 50% offer, will it start after the one currently ends?

The year end sale has been extend until January 11th only. We will need to cancel your current subscription and you will need to resubscribe with the 50% discount.

We would be able to do a pro-rated refund for the value of the remaining time on your current subscription when we cancel it. If you would like proceed, let us know and we can go ahead with the refund and cancellation. Once completed you would be able to upgrade to the discounted yearly subscription of your choosing.

yes, we want to do this, so long as it does not cause any down time. we can't have any forms offline for any amount of time. it that is not a problem, then yes, please we would like to proceed
