Form uploaded documents are not loading

    when someone is uploading a document in our form and we click on the link in it it brings us to a jot form webpage and it says “whoops something went wrong”

    It looks like that the account is enabled with the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' and so you are receiving the error.

    As I check the link to the file uploaded, it is working fine at my end. Please try logging into your JotForm account and then try downloading the file which should be working fine. Or you may disable the 'Require log-in...' option from the privacy settings.
