    Hi Support team,

Some of the email notifications for form submissions through our website have started dropping into people’s email junk folders.

What can we do to ensure that people receive these emails in their inbox?

    Thank you

Please note that different email servers have different SPAM score settings that might cause the emails to be landed in spam/junk folders. I see that the email notifications and auto-responders are being sent using JotForm default email address. Please check if the issue is occuring with the emails that are being checked in any email client such as Outlook, etc.

You may consider changing the Subject line of the email and see if that helps. Users may also consider adding the JotForm email domains to the whitelist so that they should be delivered in the inbox. Alternatively, you may try setting up SMTP sender email address so that the emails shall be sent using your own email address. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up SMTP sender email address.
