Save and Continue Forms Later not working

This is enabled on my form but is not working?  any suggestions

I was unable to identify which form you are using to set up the "Save and Continue Forms Later".

I'll note some important points about it below, please send us the FIRST FORM and MAIN FORM names or links.

It seems that you're trying to set up this feature using Classic forms (All Questions in One Page):

Note that the continue link is sent by Autoresponder email or Thank You Page.
