    Reply to Submitter from Notification Email

    I have my form created and the notification email is coming to me just fine.  I would like to be able to reply to the notification email and have it go to the form submitter.  If I hit reply, it looks like it is going to the submitter, but never received.  What am I missing?

    I think the best option is to setup an autoresponder, rather than manually replying to submitter

    I appreciate your response.  I tried the autoresponder, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.  The form is actually for a paid time off request.  Once it drops into the supervisor email he would like to be able to reply with a customer message - like "I'll see if John Doe can cover that shift".

    We had a form at one time on jotform where the once the request was delivered there was a "yellow reply button" (as the supervisor put it) that allowed him to respond.

    Your form's email notification Reply-To-Email field seems setup just fine. I tested it on a clone form of yours. When I provided that email field, and when I reply on the notification -- the target email is properly set to be the one provided in the form's email field.

    I only used gmail to test. (see images below)

    Please inform us if this is not the case when you tried on your form. Perhaps your email client had something to do with it(check also.)
