How to change my payment information?

    Hi, 
    I received an email about payment not going through. I'm reaching out to change my payment information. Can you please help?

    Your account is already on free plan. Probably, subscription has expired because of several unsuccessful payment attempts. You may upgrade your account with new card/payment method to create new subscription: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    Hi Victoria, But how do I get the same price tho? I have been same price for 5 years.     The username "goldimageNew" does not exits. You may be referring to the account username "goldimage" which is registered under "info@goldimage.photography". Unfortunately, the Premium subscription is not available. You can only upgrade to our existing pricing structure. You may take advantage of our current discount.
