Copying content from one form and pasting within another

Hello I would like to Copying content from one form and pasting within another so I can use conditional logic to prompt the form within that form with a button. What would be the best way to go about getting this done?

You can copy fields from one form to another using the FIELD MANAGER APP. I'm not sure what you meant by "...so I can use conditional logic to prompt the form within that form with a button". If all you need is a way to copy and paste content/fields to another form, then the app I linked above would suffice.
