What's the specs and best practices involved with the Salesforce Integration?

Working with a mutual customer who's trying to connect to Salesforce. They're currently on Professional Edition, trying to determine if they can simply Purchase API Capabilities on the Professional Edition or if they need to upgrade to Enterprise. What's the specs and best practice involved with the integration? Thanks!

Hello Jared - Our integration with Salesforce uses their web services API. So, you would need a plan that allows APIs. If I'm not mistaken, only Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Editions have APIs by default. If you can purchase API capabilities separately for the Professional Edition, then in theory, it should also work.
