    Hi,

Is there a way to make each from submission automatically come from a unique email address from within a specific organization? We are looking to integrate an online form submission with our technology ticketing system. We would like to have the submitter email address be the address that the form is sent from once the form is submitted. That way if we set the address that it submits to as our ticketing system it will automatically create a ticket with the users email and info. We already have this logic for our system, does JOT accommodate that?

I'm afraid that you cannot change the sender dynamically in the form, the sender will be either default noreply@jotform.com or an SMTP one set by you. You could set the sender name to be the name of the person:

If you can adjust the logic to use the name of the sender, that might work.

Let us know if it could work for you.

    Thank you!
