    Hello,

When creating the form, I have created Dynamic text boxes columns (when applicant can add a "line" him/herself). I have created 7 columns of "dynamic text boxes" where applicant has to fill in the information, however when I downloaded the application, I could not see all the columns as not all of them fit on the page. Can this be fixed (to use smaller space between columns / have a smaller size of the text)?

Also in the downloaded form I could not see some sections as "Co-Partners", "Specification of cost items", "signature box", "Uploaded documents" field and "Check list box" in the end of the document. why? And how can I fix it?

For your convenience please find enclosed the pdf file of the application form with all the errors and the link to the online application with the correct information https://form.jotformeu.com/83082061098355

Looking forward to hear from you soon. In case of questions, please contact me here: jekaterina.popova@cbss.org

    Thank you in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Kate

Hello Kate, May I clarify if you would like to create a fillable PDF form (for users to fill out via PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit) or you need to create a PDF document for submissions received to your online form?

If you are creating fillable PDF form, please note that widgets and file upload fields can not be added to PDF form since there's no option to transfer that data to our servers via PDF.

To create PDF document for submissions, please refer to this article: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
