My information isn't going through?

    I use jotform for people to book onto my classes. For some reason, the past three submissions have all gone through but the information for the client isn't in jotform. I also haven't received an email showing the detail which I normally get. It has worked fine previously. The people are inputting the information as I also receive it through my wordpress website. Can you please look into this for me. 

    They have entered the information but it is not in incompleted section.

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you have not received the submissions that were submitted by your users? As I check your JotForm 71835930726361, I see that it is integrated with PayPal payment method. If so, could you check if the payment from the PayPal is completed successfully from the user's end? If the payment is not completed or cancelled in any case, the submission may be reflecting in the Incomplete payments.
