Can you help me fix a required field that isn't working correctly?

The jot form is a job application. It includes a required field for applicants to upload their resume. Over the last two weeks for some reason the application is allowing applicants to submit the form without uploading a resume. I've tried turning the requirement on and off and re-saving the form but that hasn't worked. 

I'm not sure what else to do.

I recommend you delete/remove all those error conditions to make sure there were no other issue on the form.

Let us know if issue persist even after correcting this already.
