I am thinking of updating my client from A Starter package to a Silver / HIPAA account, will the PDF sublission still work on the form as it currently does when I update?

Just confirming if we take out the HIPAA this will not later the way the forms works or is received?  Clients will not see any difference?

Does the client need a key to see, or just as it is curerently they wil just receive dteh emails to provided email?

    Please confirm?

    Regards

    Glenn

Will the PDF submission still work on the form as it currently does when I update? — All existing PDF attachments will remain the same. For newly created for after the upgrade to HIPAA, I think you will see a password protected PDF attachment.

Yes, it will just be the same except that your forms will not be moved to Jotform's dedicated server for HIPAA accounts. Also, you will see a HIPAA badge at the end of the form if you have this enabled in form settings.

PDF attachments will now be password protected for your users to access.
