How to make the calculation based on choices to show/hide images?

Hello

I am currently building a form with many box. I noticed there is a calculated field option. Is it possible to calculate the field on more than one box so i can respond with a different picture for the pointing i get at the end.

You may show the image based on the calculation you have done on your questions.

1. Assign values in the Multiple choice question.
