PayPal Billing: Update the User Name

Hi, I would like to update my username- from Soulfully Rooted Birth to Courtney Butts 

I noticed that you are having a PayPal subscription so in order to change the username you would have to cancel the subscription and get your account downgraded to a free one then only you would be able to change the username.

Please let us know if you want to cancel the subscription and then update the username.

In case if you would like to cancel the subscription from your PayPal account. Follow this guide:

1. Login to your Paypal Account
2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.
