Form is freezing when trying to edit the auto response email.

    Hello and Help!

    I have set up an email for that will automatically be sent out to respondents when they submit a registration. I need to update it but when I click the "edit" button, it freezes and they a window comes up saying "Page Unresponsive"

    Why is this happening?

    I have cloned the form but they both freeze. Moreover, I have tried it on multiple browsers to no avail. It only does this on this ONE email form. The others work fine.

    I was able to replicate it when I cloned your form. I made it work by deleting the autoresponder and created a new one by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

    It still does not work. I can get into the email form but it is blank. 

    Here is the view of what I see (below)

    It states that there is a "long running scrip" and will take time but either nothing ever happens (after 10 min) or it just freezes the page and I have to exit the browser window. I have tried several different browsers on 3 separate computers. 

    It used to work up until last weekend...

    I have checked your form and I can replicate the issue, the same on a cloned form; however, as my colleague said, the email autoresponder works fine after deleting the current and adding a new one. 

    We can delete the current email autoresponder on your form and test adding a new one from our end in order to see if that helps, please do let us know if we can do this so we can proceed.

    Gents,

    So if I understand your response, you will delete the current autorepsonder form and replace it with a new one. 

    Please do that but my caution - The form is currently live so please delete it and have it replaced ASAP.

    As per your request, we have now removed the Autoresponder on your form after adding a new one. You may edit the new autoresponder with the changes as you needed.

    As per your request, we have now deleted the autoresponder on your form 90116922637255 and added a new one as well.
