Hi,
For reasons I'm not aware of. One of my forms called 'agreement form' is not going to my email once submitted.
Please help to resolve this,

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.
There was some technical glitch which caused this issue but its already fixed by our backend team. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
