Multiline Question[CARDS]: Ability to add Multiple Choice question in the Multiline element.

Great tool, simply superb and easy to learn; love the conditional rules. I do have one enhancement request, please: 
The Multi-line Question (wonderful new addition) is in DESPERATE need of a MULTIPLE CHOICE field [I'm my case I wish to hide/un-hide a field depending on an opt-in/opt-out multiple choice field in the multi-line question.] (I'm working around it via the dropdown menu selection, but it's... not elegant. ;-)  And yes, people are going to use the fields in ways you didn't intend. ;-)  )
