I don't see my upgrade

    I just made un upgrade in the account because I am out of space and i don't see it applied. I still can't receive forms.

    @ErikZamudio,

    Your account is already activate to PREMIUM upon checking. Kindly log out to your account then delete browser cache and cookies to see the changes of your account.

    Thanks Pinoytech look.. i have already a PREMIUM account but yesterday i pay for a PROFESSIONAL account!!! and there are no changes!!!

    I think I replied to an email where I gave you instructions ,for some reason the payment went through without taking your username ErikZamudio

    At any rate, we have already upgraded the account to Professional. We really apologize for the discomfort. If you don't see the new status, please log out clear the browser cache and log back in
